SHIPPING

All orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday. Orders placed Friday after 4pm through Sunday are shipped on the following Monday.

Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. During sales and holidays, orders are subject to longer processing time. Please allow 1- 3 business days for processing during these high volume times.

As soon as your order is fulfilled, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive the tracking link for your order within 1-2 business days, please check your spam folder or email us at info@adventurekittyshop.com

RETURNS

We will gladly accept returns for items purchased on our website within 14 days of delivery date. Shipping must be paid for by the customer.
